Terms and Conditions

Indoor Golf Facility

 

1. General Rules

By entering and using the indoor golf facility, all guests agree to follow the terms and conditions set by One Golf Indoor. These rules are designed to ensure the safety, enjoyment, and fair use of the facility for all customers.

 

2. Bookings and Reservations

  • All simulator sessions must be booked in advance through our booking system or at the reception.

  • Walk-in customers are welcome but are subject to availability.

  • Sessions begin and end according to the reserved time slot.

  • Late arrivals may result in shortened playing time without refund.

 

3. Payments

  • Full payment must be made before the start of the session.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Additional services such as food, drinks, or equipment rentals will be charged separately.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or loss of booking deposit.

  • Management reserves the right to reschedule bookings in case of technical issues or unforeseen circumstances.

 

5. Safety and Equipment Use

  • Players must use golf equipment responsibly.

  • Only designated hitting areas should be used.

  • Swinging golf clubs outside the simulator area is strictly prohibited.

  • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

  • The facility is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper use of equipment.

 

6. Damage and Liability

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the simulator, screens, clubs, or facility due to negligence or misuse.

  • Any damaged equipment may be charged to the responsible customer.

 

7. Conduct and Behavior

  • Guests must behave respectfully toward staff and other players.

  • Any aggressive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the facility without refund.

  • Smoking, illegal substances, and disruptive conduct are not permitted.

 

8. Food and Drinks

  • Outside food and beverages may be allowed but please declare to the management.

  • Complimentary drinks, if provided, are offered as a courtesy and may vary depending on promotions or events.

 

9. Personal Belongings

  • Guests are responsible for their personal items.

  • The facility is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

 

10. Right of Refusal

Management reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest who violates these terms and conditions or creates an unsafe environment.

 

11. Changes to Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice.
