Refund Policy
1. Booking Refunds
Customers may request a refund if the reservation is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
2. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking may not be eligible for a refund. Management may offer a reschedule option depending on availability.
3. No-Show Policy
Customers who fail to arrive for their scheduled booking without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and the booking fee will be non-refundable.
4. Early Termination of Session
If a player decides to stop their session early, refunds will not be issued for unused time.
5. Technical Issues
If a simulator or facility equipment malfunction prevents customers from continuing their session, One Golf Indoor may:

Offer additional playing time, or

Provide a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.
6. Weather Conditions
As the facility is indoors, bookings will generally not be cancelled due to weather. Standard cancellation rules apply.
7. Membership Refunds
Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership has been activated, unless required by law.
8. Management Discretion
One Golf Indoor reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and make decisions that ensure fairness to both the business and customers.
